service agreement. This includes but is not limited to payment terms,
project timelines, and scope of work.

services, including but not limited to designs, reports, and
documentation, remain the property of Shacteract Limited unless otherwise
specified in writing.
Confidentiality:
We prioritize the confidentiality of client information and adhere to
strict confidentiality protocols. Client data and project details are
handled with the utmost care and discretion.
Limitation
of Liability: Shacteract Limited shall not be held liable for any
direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the
use of our services or products, including but not limited to loss of
profits, business interruption, or data loss.
Governing
Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
Any disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of these
terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or, if necessary,
through legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.
